De La Boue Wine Dinner

Join us May 28 at 6 pm for an evening with winemaker Travis Todd, from De La Boue winery out of the Willamette Valley ( ~1,500 cases). They farm Vista Grande, a 5-acre organic vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains, and buy fruit from top organic/biodynamic vineyards like Temperance Hill, Gregory Ranch etc.  De la boue works with amazing sites within Oregon to produce incredible single vineyard wines. This pocket-sized winery and vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley started out with just 150 cases in 2019, and is now heralded as one of the most exciting wine producers in the last 10 years. "Nostalgie de la boue" (day luh BOO) is a french phrase with a loose translation that means a longing for simpler times. Directly translating to “of the dirt,” de la boue is a reminder that it all comes from the ground beneath our feet. We will taste through his wines and the evening will include a flight of 7 wines and 4 small plates, and a chat with Travis. Cost is $115/person. A refundable deposit (if cancellations are made more than 48 hours in advance) is charged at time of booking, and payment collected at the dinner.
