IRELAND- June 24- July 1, 2018- This route offers a wonderful introduction to the magnificent island of Ireland. You will meet Irish Whiskey experts, have tastings of fine and rare whiskies, meet artisan cheesemakers, eat the region’s finest foods and enjoy the warmth of the local people. We also have some of the finest scenery in the world so if you love your whiskey, food and fun in an idyllic setting, this has got it all.
SOUTH AMERICA- November 5-13, 2018- South America is a dream destination for many. For wine lovers, the dream must include a trip to the twin wine giants of the Andean part of the new world, Chile and Argentina. We are also going to Elqui this year as an optional extension. If it’s your dream why not make it happen in November 2018 on the Iberian Wine Tours South American trip? So, we’re going to make the most of the scenery, the weather and the wines and we’d love you to join us. The trip is for 8 nights, 5 nights in Chile and 3 in Argentina.

Champagne wine dinner
December is upon us and it's time to start thinking about the holidays. Instead of thinking about all the gifts to buy, meals to plan and things to do, why not think of the fun parts, like an increase in Champagne consumption. To help get you in that celebratory mind set, we are hosting a Drappier champagne dinner. In addition, all the bottles at the dinner will be available for sale, so you can get some holiday wine shopping done and knock something off the to do list. The dinner will be 5 courses all paired with Drappier champagnes and will take place on Tuesday, December 12, starting with a reception at 6:30, and dinner at 7 pm. The cost is $120/person, not including tax or gratuity and reservations can be made by responding to this email or calling the restaurant (414-273-3375).

Half hog butchering demo
Join us as we break down half a hog, explaining as we go the step by step instructions with discussion of each cut and how to prepare it. This will be a small group demo, so space is very limited, and reservations are required, made by calling the shop at 414-273-3375. The butchered meat will be available for sale afterwards at a discount. Cost is $50/person.
