San Sebastian to Barcelona, April 23-30, 2017...We start with dinner on the hills above San Sebastians La Concha beach and end at the Monvinic wine bar Barcelona. Along the road, we enjoy the finest olive oil producer in Navarra, the Somontano wine region in the shadow of the Pyrenees and the cava and Penedes producers in Catalunya.
The Basque Coutry, Sept.11- 17, 2017...The Basque countryside offers a fresh and striking start,enjoying the light and spritzy Txakoli in fresh mountain meadows, before a barbecue meat masterclass introducing us to the distinct gourmet feel of green Spain. We end with a Basque tapas tour of the old town of San Sebastian. Along the road, we enjoy the finest wines and best regional cuisine of Rioja.

Sparkling rose wine dinner
we are very excited to be hosting an all pink & bubbly wine dinner on December 20, 2016. The main reason is that it pairs so well with so many different foods and is perfect this time of year with all the celebrating and festivities. The dinner will include an array of different styles- champagne, cava, cremant, but all pink and bubbly. Reception starts at 6:30 and dinner at 7:00 pm, will include five delicious rose sparklers, 4 courses and dessert and cost $125/person, plus tax and gratuity. Half hog butchering demo
Join us as we break down half a hog, explaining as we go the step by step instructions with discussion of each cut and how to prepare it. This will be a small group demo, so space is very limited, and reservations are required, made by calling the shop at 414-273-3375. The butchered meat will be available for sale afterwards at a discount. Cost is $50/person.
