Spain wine trips for 2017

San Sebastian to Barcelona, April 23-30, 2017...We start with dinner on the hills above San Sebastians La Concha beach and end at the Monvinic wine bar Barcelona. Along the road, we enjoy the finest olive oil producer in Navarra, the Somontano wine region in the shadow of the Pyrenees and the cava and Penedes producers in Catalunya.
The Basque Coutry, Sept.11- 17, 2017...The Basque countryside offers a fresh and striking start,enjoying the light and spritzy Txakoli in fresh mountain meadows, before a barbecue meat masterclass introducing us to the distinct gourmet feel of green Spain. We end with a Basque tapas tour of the old town of San Sebastian. Along the road, we enjoy the finest wines and best regional cuisine of Rioja.

Some farms that we have worked with thus far are Black Earth Meats, Bradley Farms, Pinn-Oak Ridge Farm, Fox Heritage, Salas Farm, Jefferson TWP and Farm 45.

At Bavette, we source whole pasture-raised animals from local farms in Wisconsin and process them artisanally at our shop. A sample listing of available cuts is below. Please note that due to the nature of our sourcing methods, we will occasionally be sold out of certain items.
